1. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received or a defective product).

• Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us with your order details. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• Delivery Time for Exchange: Once the returned item is received and approved, the replacement item will be shipped and delivered within 20 days. The exchanged products will be delivered within 20 days to the given address.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Mode of Refund: Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 15 days of placing the order

• Non-Refundable Charges: Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
